Rule 31C
Transfer of Female Employees In addition to the basis mentioned in the
Act and this regulation, the following grounds shall also be taken for the transfer of female employees:-
(a) Single and pregnant women employees will be given priority for transfer according to their demand,
(b) Female employees who are pregnant or have children under two years of age will not be transferred unless they request it,
(c) If the husband of the female employee is also in government service, the couple will be transferred to the same district as far as possible.
